Clean and friendly. Also though we couldn’t check in early the desk staff explained they were short staffed and very apologetic

Room was clean. Large room with plenty of space. Was surprised with water pressure in shower and had plenty of hot water.

We had a heater problem the 1st night. We were given a different room on the 2nd. The lady, Lucy, was very nice about it. The bed & pillows were great.

The people at the desk were super nice. One got a bucket of ice while I was unloading my car and had it in my room by the time I got there. The other man, maybe a manager ? got a different desk chair for me when the original one was too low for me. Both went out of their way to accommodate me.

Location was perfect for us. The staff at the front desk was great and super friendly. Lucy and Kathy.

The new finishes were well done. The person working at the desk was very nice and seemed to be a jack of all trades. Parking was easy and accessible.
